Chameleon Smart Home and UP Home Canada have signed a distribution agreement that gives UP Home Canada exclusive distribution rights for Chameleon Smart Home systems in the North American market. The Canadian partner forecasts sales of at least $6 million Canadian dollars over the next 3 years. The Canadian partner has committed to Chameleon’s next round of investment of $2.5 million.
