On the first week of October, Stephen Klus, President of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in Canada and Sándor Balla, Executive Director of HEPA Regional Office Canada were having a productive discussion on the potential of CETA free trade agreement between Canada and the EU, the joint promotion of European products, and the possibility of establishing the V4 Canada Economic Council to strengthen the position of the Polish, Hungarian, Czech and Slovak economies in North America. Adapting to the global pandemic, it was agreed also to establish joint online economic development forums.
