Following CES 2026, the HEPA delegation Ziglift meeting in Los Angeles brought together representatives from several Hungarian companies and the U.S.-based Ziglift Material Handling. At the meeting, Zsigmond Balla, owner of Ziglift, and David Balla, COO, welcomed the HEPA team and the Hungarian participants, fostering discussion on collaboration opportunities in warehouse technology and logistics solutions.

Ziglift Material Handling has been an active player in the American warehouse and material handling market for over 20 years. Operating across eight U.S. states, the company provides integrated warehouse and storage solutions. Notably, Ziglift already distributes the Hungarian-developed Continest modular container systems, offering practical and rapidly deployable solutions for logistics, industrial, and storage applications.

The HEPA delegation Ziglift meeting included key participants from Hungary and North America. Dr. Gabor Peter Artner, Deputy CEO of HEPA, and Sandor Balla, Executive Director of HEPA Regional Office Canada, represented HEPA’s commitment to supporting Hungarian companies internationally. Also present were Richárd Wolf, Sales Manager of Adaptive Recognition, specializing in intelligent camera systems and vehicle identification solutions for traffic safety and smart cities; Alfred Barabas from NSVIT, focusing on innovative network and security systems; and Görgényi Máté, Operations Manager at Uphome Smart Living +, presenting integrated smart home solutions.

The meeting provided an important platform for Hungarian companies to exchange ideas, receive insights into the U.S. market, and to explore partnerships with an established American technology provider.
